Rent charges naturally fluctuate throughout the year based on market conditions. When reservation confirmation is received, rent is locked in for the dates in the reservation. In case the rates go up, you understand you will not be required to pay more. Similarly, if rent goes down, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Conference space is booked on a first-come first-served basis. Use of the conference room is limited to availability and is allocated on a monthly basis. Usage above the monthly allocation will be based on availability and subject to market rental charges.
