  • Why should I use SPOD?

    Maybe you're tired of shifting from one place to another with spotty wifi and uncomfortable seats. SPOD provides perfect business spaces for individuals and group ventures and gives you access to any location long as there is a seat available and the space is open on the platform.

  • How to register?

    To register use our website or application. If you wish to register as a space provider click on "be a space provider". Fill in the required details. Once approved your profile will show. If you wish to be a space user, click on "Book a space". Fill in the details and verify your account. Once done you are ready to use the system.

  • How to book a space?

    After registeration, click on available spaces. Use filters and surf to see which spaces meet your tastes and preferences. Once selected click on book now. Fill in booking details and make your payment. You can use the space.

  • Will I have to pay more if occupancy rates increased after reservation confirmation is received?

    SPOD occupancy rates naturally fluctuate throughout the year based on market conditions. When reservation confirmation is received, occupancy rates are locked in for the dates in the reservation. If occupancy rates go up, you will not be required to pay more.

  • Will I get a refund if the occupancy rates go down after reservation confirmation is received?

    No, if occupancy rates go down after booking a space then you will not be entitled to a refund.

  • Can I book a Conference space anytime?

    Conference space is booked on a first-come first-served basis. Use of the conference room is limited to availability and is allocated based on a monthly basis.

  • Will I get a refund if I cancel my reservation within 24 hours?

    If booking is cancelled within 24 hours a refund of 20% will be given. However, to get a full wallet refund, email us within 14 days before booking confirmation.

  • How long before do I need to book a place?

    If you are paying online you can book an hour before.
    Otherwise for cash payments pay and go
    Please make sure you get a confirmation before going. Confirmation may take up to four hours or linger depending on how quick space providers answer.

  • When do I have to pay for the space?

    All payments are in advance. You have to pay before use. If you have any issues please contact our support team.
